In the Zulu language KWA means “the place of” the Zulu people.

The provinces urban heart is Durban
– known by most as Durbs or the Miami beach of Africa. This is the warmest place in Africa. Ghandi spent 2 decades here and not only is it the warmest but it has the hottest curries. (Durban Indian slang calls this “chow”)
Durban also holds the Guinness World Records for the World’s tallest swing – from the stadium. Here you will climb 352 steps to reach the top and swing 80 meters down.
