The countdown to Christmas has begun! And this week marks the start of the 6-day Made in the Cape Festive Fair at Cavendish Square. Made in the Cape is a monthly market of carefully curated artists and creatives from around the Cape – and this edition is a bumper one, with more than the usual number of traders, over six days instead of the usual three.
It’s a fantastic place to find unique and beautiful gifts for friends, family and maybe even yourself!
Organisers have promised plenty of innovative new products, superb handmade gifts, home décor, Christmas decorations, jewellery and lots more… And, there will be a large focus on super-stylish up-cycled items.
Whilst you’re there, you can also donate to the ‘Buckets of Love’ charity – providing food buckets to families in need. With the support of Cavendish customers, Made in the Cape hopes to enable them to provide for more families than ever before.
